Here are the most common reasons this occurs.
Image Size - Images must be sized and compressed correctly. Make sure the size of your photo matches the notes in the AMI section and compress them to 72dpi jpegs?
File Names - Another cause might be the name used for the files. There must be no spaces or special characters in the names of the files you upload.
Folder Settings - Last, in your folder settings make sure "Hide extensions for known file types" is unchecked. You can check this by opening any folder and clicking on the Tools link in the folder menu. Next open Folder Options and click on the View tab. Scroll down until you see the option and make sure it is NOT checked. Save any changes and exit the window. |
