AMI Studios Employment Positions Programmer (Web) Skills: Proficient in Internet based computer languages such as PHP, ASP, Javascript. Qualified candidates should have working knowledge of Internet based applications, be proficient in one or more computer languages. Duties: Develop web based applications for implementation with websites. Description: Using multiple software applications and programming ability to develop complex applications for Internet based marketing campaigns. Programmers will put his/her skills to use in the creation, development and implementation of programs for use in Internet based applications. Responsibilities: Programmers will attend production meetings with the production manager and all team members assigned to a project. Programmers will review the project goals and guidelines presented prior to or during the meeting and provide an analytical influence to the project. Programmers will then develop the project according to specifications laid out during the production meeting. The final stage will consist of the preparation of all files for implementation and output to the final medium for the project. Programmers report directly to Production Manager. Provide detailed account of all time spent on projects. All programs must be approved by Production Manager prior to integration and publication of the finished project. Requirements: Programming is a process which requires critical thinking throughout production. Programmers are expected to analyze problems and rapidly formulate solutions in order to maintain an continuous workflow. Software used during production typically consist of Macromedia Dreamweaver and multiple extensions for Dreamweaver.
